Important Update: Novex Online Ordering System
Effective October 5, customers will be required to log in through the previous online portal using their existing Account Number, Web ID, and Password.
After careful consideration and feedback, we have decided to temporarily revert to our previous ordering system until necessary adjustments are made to the new portal. Our top priority is ensuring that placing orders with Novex is seamless, reliable, and easy. We want you to have complete confidence that your deliveries will be handled in the dependable and friendly manner you have come to expect from our team.

All vehicle couriers at Novex are classified as Owner/Operator drivers. This means that each driver is responsible for providing their own vehicle, vehicle maintenance, and other insurance/certifications. However, Novex offers its drivers a variety of incentives and benefits.

1 Preference will be given to applicants with hybrids and compact cargo vans (Nissan NV200, Ford Transit Connect, Dodge Promaster City). Other vehicles may be considered on a short-term basis with the understanding that they must transition to a Novex approved vehicle within 3 months
2 Request to complete a Canadian Criminal Record Check will be emailed after a position is offered to you, and must be completed prior to starting work.
