Guest feature

You don’t have to be a Novex client to use this app! There is a “guest feature” that your employees, friends and family can use for personal deliveries. 

Did you go on a shopping spree and need to get those items home? Use the Novex App anywhere on your mobile phone, from Lions Bay to Chilliwack, and have your purchases delivered directly to your apartment or house! Whatever you need shipped, Novex will be there in a few simple clicks. A must have app on your phone!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a Novex client to use the Novex mobile app?

No, you do not have to be a client! The app has a guest feature that allows you to login and book your delivery without having to set up an account!

How do I know how much my delivery will cost?

Click on the Quick Estimate section in the app and enter in the pick-up postal code and the delivery postal code – the app will then list the service levels and the estimated rate for each level.

How do I receive preferred rates?

It’s easy to become a Novex client and receive preferred rates. On the mobile app home page there is a Sign Up button that you can click to become a client. If you have any questions please email sales@novex.ca

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Simply open up the app, if you are an account holder you will be able to click on Track an Order, and you’ll be able to follow along the delivery journey.

How do I change an order that has already been placed?

The status of the delivery can be found in the Track Order section of the app. If the order has been dispatched, please call 604-278-1935
