Novex offers you 2 ways to access your Proof Of Delivery (POD):

Use the online tracking feature to access POD's for jobs that were placed today or up to 3 months ago. An Online User Id is required for this feature.

Telephone

Need a POD for a delivery placed last week?  Simply call Customer Service at 604-278-1935 to make your request. Our system will store shipment information for up to 3 months.
